In conjunction with fasting month before Hari Raya festival, Promenade Hotel Kota Kinabalu has invited 20 residents of Rumah Anak Yatim (RAY), an orphanage in Tambunan, Sabah together with all members of the media to a gastronomic sungkai dinner on 2nd June, 2017.
Currently, there are three hotels in whole Malaysia that bears the name "Promenade Hotel", which respectively located at Kota Kinabalu (Sabah), Tawau (Sabah) and Bintulu (Sarawak), while one in Fujian, China. All Malaysia based Promenade Hotel will be offering Buffet Sungkai for the locals within this Ramadan month.

Promenade Cafe (Promenade Hotel Kota Kinabalu) were having more than 200 lavish Ramadan dishes on top of the existing International Buffet Dinner that spread featuring 3 signature dishes Ala Promenade namely, "NAsi Panggang", Kari Ayam Durian & Keju" and "Malabar Sos Udang Harimau".
While for those who intended to have a hearty breakfast before the start of each day's fast, Buffet Sahur is available from 11.30pm - 4.00am at RM50.00 per person. In the other hand, Promenade Hotel KK also having Premium Ramadan Desserts as well, available for takaway or dine-in at only RM3.90 nett from 11.00am to 10.00pm at the Lobby Lounge.

While we were invited to be part of the Buffet Sungkai Dinner, we were being informed that there will also be a Buffet High Tea during Hari Raya Aidilfitri on 25th and 26th June, 2017 at RM80.00 per person. Buffet Dinner at RM98.00 per person.
