Updates : Five Things

It's been a while since my last entry, hopefully nothing much changed in our blogsphere. ;)

Well, the past weeks of mine not really great though, but I believe time will cure and God besides me.

And now... Five things of the month.

I bought Clinique for the first time, very nice texture and made my skin feeling moisture.

Planted Sunflower as I have been loving sunflowers a lot and see how long it takes to grow the first leaf. A new beginning I believe.

Had annual dinner at Table.No. 1 (end of last month) located at Tanjung Aru, surprisingly nice romantic environment that I love and satisfying meal we had, except for their grilled menu. :(

Tried one of the best fish noodle located at Damai, that will be sold out before 10am. Yummy but even requested add on, portion are still meh....

Tried to uplift my make up tools. :P

Okay, that's all till I get my laptop back. As for the saliva drooling food I had, entries coming soon soon soon.

By the way, how is your CNY preparation? It's really near from now!!

Hong Kong : WanChai, Hong Kong Island : The Grand Hall (Cantonese/ Seafood Restaurant) 【香港游】香港岛之灣仔 - 名爵 (粤/海鲜餐馆)

Hong Kong Part 7 - The Grand Hall (名爵), WanChai (灣仔), Hong Kong Island (香港岛)

So there's always a feast when we are with our parents and relatives. :)

After we had a long walk and it was time of dinner. We were invited to have our dinner at a grand restaurant namely The Grand Hall (名爵) which located at WanChai (灣仔) where our hotel is located few streets away.

- The Entrance of The Grand Hall (名爵) -

The interior design amazes us and there's crystal chandeliers hanging from the ornate high ceilings which make the restaurant's atmosphere feeling high class.

We shall wait for our dinner!

- The Signature Dish -

It was our first Peking Duck in Hong Kong and almost every restaurant we visit later we had the same dish ordered by our relative.

- Peking Duck -

We rolled the duck skin together with a slice of onion on the warm pancake and EAT THEM! I love the smell of onions and the most love - The Roasted Duck!

- Fried Goose Liver -

I could not remember what was the off white in colour, but I still remember i had goose liver (Ngor Gon), which I heard goose liver is one of the expensive food.

- Fried Rice Vermicelli -

- Bun with Ham -

All of the main dish were good and what else we had?

 DESSERT!!!

- Hong Kee Typical Desserts -

Quite different dessert from what we had in Malaysia, some of them especially the above will be served warm.

Interesting dinner we had and by the time we reached the hotel, we were exhausted. :S

When RFA Lyme Bay (Ship) came to Liverpool

Liverpool - Visiting to RFA LYME BAY (2008)

It was weekend, checked through the small booklet of Liverpool Cultural Year events and decided to pay a visit to Mersey Ferry Terminal!

It is a big ship that provides logistic support to military operations, that carries a military force of 356 Royal Marines and up to 135 crew & augmenters.

- RFA Lyme Bay -

"RFA Lyme Bay (L3007) is a Bay class auxiliary landing ship dock (LSD(A)) of the British Royal Fleet Auxiliary (RFA). Ordered from Swan Hunter in 2000, the ship was launched in 2005. However, cost overruns and delays saw the shipbuilder removed from the project, and the incomplete ship was towed to Govan for finishing by BAE Systems Naval Ships. Lyme Bay entered service in late 2007; the last ship of the class to join the RFA." - Wikipedia

- The Crowds -

Unexpected walked in and queued with other visitors.

- Incident Board -

There's a crew explained during our in board tour from inside to the above the deck.

I'm not interested much in ships but no harm to listen and broaden our view. By the way, I met a person (one of the crew) who looks like Tom Cruise! Quite good looking tho

- Ai yay Captain! -

- Liverpool!! -

The view of Liverpool was magnificent from above the deck. Strong wind was blowing and somehow I could feel the cold air while typing now. :/

- Lambanana -

Another Lambanana spotted at Mersey Ferry Terminal!

- Beautiful Liverpool -

I always love this view. :) My heart felt calm when I look at it. Beautiful weather and place. :)

- Maritime Performance -

We were lucky to see their performance and we even took some photos with them! :)

Well, UK definitely the best time of my life while furthering studies, especially on the same year as the host of European Cultural Year.
