What is POKE BOWL eventually? How does it exist?
Poke Bowl originated from Hawaii. A Hawaiian dish that is deeply rooted in Japanese cuisine. Poke means "cut into pieces" and refers to the slices or cubes of raw fish that are served in a bowl along with rice, dressing, vegetables and seasonings.

Located at Lintas, next to 99 Speedmart. There's one Korean Cafe operated by brother and sister, both golfers and chosen Kota Kinabalu to live.
I like the patience of both brother and sister, somehow taught us Korean culture too.
Sister Namu shared that she love to bake and I shall say that their cake is not very fancy but surely simple while not very sweet. We love the simplicity that not rich in flavour.
More over, they do serve home made Korean buns, Macarons, and Korean specialties which I see only at Namu Cafe.
They are serving Korean noodles / Bibimbap and more Korean dishes.

It's year end and it's almost Happy New Year 2020!
Oh boy, food tasting will be consecutively for weeks perhaps. Let us start with Metropot, which located at Metro Town.
Metropot’s Head Chef - Chef Tony Lau Jien has prepared a range of specialties for this coming year end festivity promotion for Metropot’s diners. Among the highlight of the promotions are Christmas special dishes, new set lunch and dinner menus, and new snack food for the pub.
Christmas
special dishes will be available starting from 20 December 2019 till 15
January 2020, priced at RM18.00++ per dish with choices of either Chicken Burritos, Pan Seared Butterfish and Lamb Chop with Rosemary and Herbs.
Additional side dishes also available at RM5.00++ per items such as either Green Salad with Honey Mustard Dressing, Pumpkin Creamy Soup or Whole Corn Fried Rice.
In addition, Diners may also choose Spaghetti Aglio Olio at RM8.00++ to accompany with the main dish. Dessert will be Basques Burnt Cheesecake priced at RM10.00++ per piece and Rising Moon Mocktails
will be RM5.00++ per glass.

new Set Lunch and Dinner Menus are Chicken Stew Rice, Crispy Braised Chicken, Pan Seared Butterfish with Pesto Sauce and Braised Spicy Beef Tendon.
All served with a bowl of soup of the day and steamed rice,
priced at RM9.90++ per set and with add on of RM1.00++ for a glass of Herbal Tea.
Available daily for lunch at 12noon till 3pm and for dinner from 6pm till 9pm.
Among the new snack items available at the Metropot’s pub are Salted Egg Tortilla with Fries, Cheesy Nachos with Chicken Salsa, Crispy and Spicy Gizzards and Crispy Salted Egg Chicken. All items priced at RM6++ per plate.
