【吉隆玻酒店】 Hotel in Kuala Lumpur : Pacific Regency Hotel Suites

This is a sponsored entry.

Perhaps this would be the first photo overloaded entry after blogging for years. 20 ++ photos n fact.

Photos speaks a million words. I believe that browsing through the photos, you would be in love with this hotel, one of the oldest hotel in KL. :)

- KL Tower and Pacific Regency Hotel Suites -

From the UberX ride we had, we went back to our hotel which located opposite KL Tower. We didn't noticed about it and our kind driver told us that there's a restaurant located at KL Tower as well, and their fine dining was good. Lovely aerial view of part KL from above.

- Pacific Regency Hotel Suites #PHRS (5 Star) -

Bets some of you would love to know how long it takes to walk to KLCC. It took us approximately 15 minutes to walk from PRHS to KLCC, and yes, we WALK from the hotel to KLCC, with the help of my iphone 5s maps.

- Pacific Regency Hotel Suites -

- Our Suites -

We do surprise with the spacious corridor, the spacious room and etc. Perfectly fine to us. :) Even though the hotel is a bit old, however, the hotel management had upgraded/ refurnish from one level to another to make guests feel comfortable while staying with them. :)

- The Pantry -

Complimentary drinks provided and how lovely is the room setting.

- The Bathroom -

A good bath after a long day will be a good thing to do. Both of us, Beverly and I took our sweet time and off we for our dinner and exploration the night at PRHS.

Gorgeous table for two and heard that there are frequent proposal from man to his love one here! How can a girl resist?

- KL and Sunset -

It was definitely dreamy and it was my FIRST sunset view in KL @ 34th Floor. We stood there and it was breathtaking! Heart melted that day.

- Cristallo -

Dining here would be the best thing ever.

- Soi 23 @ Level 23 -

7.00am - 11.00pm daily.

Soi 23 serving modern Thai cuisine.

We had our breakfast and dinner here and it was satisfying, the dessert was delicious too.

- Buffet Breakfast -

Greet by PRHS lovely staffs and we had a good breakfast that morning and before checking out!

- Soi 23 @ Level 23 -

- Cheese and crackers -

Just to let you know, it reminds me a lot of my university duration, cheese and crackers for breakfast back then in UK.

- Set Dinner -

Beverly had set dinner includes appetizer (Vietnamese spring rolls), main dish (as above) and dessert (cheese cake).

While I had Thai style fried pasta seafood, delicious and generous portion served.

- Pavlova with mango sauce -

There's always a space for dessert. I love Pavlova!

Dinner was great and we had a short walk at Luna Chill Out Bar after our meal.

【吉隆玻游玩记】 中央广场与茨厂街 Fun In Kuala Lumpur : Jalan-Jalan Central Market & Petaling Street

Had our simple breakfast at Pacific Express Hotel and that's the way to start a brand new day!

So, both of us, Beverly and I had a good morning walk from the hotel to China Town Walk, which located behind our hotel (The blue building is Central Market).

- China Town Walk @ Laluan Pekan Cina -

It was officially my first stroll at that area, never knew that the design of those buildings was influenced by the Chinese culture back then. :) I do love heritage, without them, there's no today.

- Laluan Kasturi/ Kasturi Walk -

Where Central Market hawker stall located! Central Market can be classified as one of the place where crowd would be.

- Laluan Kasturi -

WAU symbol. One of the sign which symbolized the culture of Malaysia. :)

- Cultural Walk -

Just like what I have mentioned, culture is important and representing the nation today.

- China Town Walk @ Laluan Pekan Cina -

Random us, doing random stuffs!

- Sun Ray -

Love this shot, the morning sun ray.

I love being a tourist, and most of the time they treated me as one and wait until they knew I could speak Malay, they were surprised! haha :D

Just bare in mind, not everyone are nice, just be extra careful when we passes by the alleys and pick who to speak to!

- At the crossroad -

- At the Crossroad -

It took us less than 10 minutes for those who knew the way to Petaling Street. We were on a mission to find my mom requested cookies from one of the coffee shop, unfortunately it was under construction that day. :(

They named it as 鸡蛋糕 Egg Cake!

- Petaling Street 茨厂街 -

It was so long since the last visit, my parents normally comes here for the famous ROASTED DUCK!

- Mua Chi -

I am not a fan of peanuts, but I like the soft gummy texture of mua chi. Beverly bought one box for a try!

- Kam Lin Kei 金莲记 -

This restaurant has been well known with their Hokkein Mee! I love Hokkien mee! Never had the original one from here, but I had them at their Lot 10 HuTong food court. Delicious!

- Local Food Stalls -

Morning, there are varieties for us to choose from the first stall to the last. I bought fried radish for a try. The local Malaysian way. :)

- Girlie Snap -

The last snap before we walk back to our hotel for check-out!

That's all!

Over the Weekend #KL #Random #CoffeeTalk #Shopping

Just like the usual me, I love being random and even talk randomly. For those who know me in person, they knew it!

Last weekend was kind of free and easy for me (long weekend for Raya) and booked return flight few weeks ago and off I went to K.L. for a short vacation. A trip that I bought for myself, take a break which I really needed it, that's a decision that a Sagittarius will take and JUST DO IT!

- Just Me -

The trip turned out to be something great for me, I met a girl friend that I haven't see for more than 10 years which she knew I was in KL via Facebook.

I kept my decision to myself and a few close friends, dated one of my ex colleague who happened to be in KL and I had quite a number of yummy food! It was not like the usual me that I didn't bought many dresses, but a few expensive items that I really love. :) It was SALES anyway. :)

- New with Jelly Shoe by Jelly Bunny, Mid Valley -

Hmm.. Perhaps some of you might complain why I didn't inform while I was in KL, I just don't want to troublesome my friends instead, I just wanna silently enjoy my trip away from town with a cup of coffee somehow, sitting there doing nothing, "I also syok (我也爽)". (lol)

Its a short trip to get over with personally.

And here are some of the highlights of my trip! Do enjoy!

-The Bee, Publika -

- Yin Yin, my ex colleague -

Thanks for your companion over the two days and also your boyboy, bringing me to cafes you love and I really love all of them! :) You just love to "feed" and I still remember what you mention to us before!

Really nice catching up with you!!!!!

- Fat Spoon Cafe, PJ -

- Marmalade, Bangsar Village -

- Slurping Cappuccino -

I enjoyed a lot exploring nice cafes and seeing new things.

- Banana Leaf Rice by Nirvana, Bangsar -

Kid you not, it was my first time to have Banana Leaf Rice, so.... I'm officially a Malaysian lah!

:) I'm blessed with so many little things in life, just remember that think positively, there's no one who have the ground to make you happy but YOURSELF. And of course, be a giver, not a taker.  People who love you, will always be there for you. :)

Till then!

Hope you enjoy reading this just like the feeling I had! Cheers!
