Easy Recipe 123 : Pumpkin with Dried Prawn


Recipe learned from recipe book.

Ingredients :
  • Dried prawn
  • Young pumpkin (cut into slices)
Steps:
1. Fry garlic and dried prawns until yellowish and smells good. Add some salt to make the flavour more balance when it is done.

2. Add slices pumpkin and cook them with fried garlic and dried prawn.

3. Stir pumpkin a few times while waiting for them to cook (soft, but not too soft).

4. DONE!!
