CLOSED - Afternoon Tea at Strudels, Suria Sabah, K.K., Sabah.

Been listening to some friends about a cafe inside Metro Jaya, Suria Sabah that amazing view and cakes, temptation that melt you away.

Went there for the first time with my sister for a cup of tea after washing our eyes with shopping goods.

Strudels not only in Kota Kinabalu, West Malaysia do have too!!

Relaxing with beautiful scenery of South China Sea, a cup of tea and cakes will do.

We had the below :
Earl Grey Tea @ RM6.00

Apple Strudels that really taste good. My sister told me that the figure for the Strudels they offered was small compared to West Malaysia's Strudels.

Two thumbs up for it!! Been melted away~~~


The view from Strudels. we can see Jesselton Jetty from far above. There was Cruise deported at our Jesselton Jetty. Besides, tourist and even people that seek for cheaper boat fare to go to Islands nearby and Labuan too.

There is a Japanese Restaurant that they use different kind of cute owl as their symbol.

Officially dined in on this Monday with bf to celebrate our Valentine's Day. The place was full house and luckily we went there on time.


We had the below dishes :

The food was Superb.
However, Kani Kama Sushi @Rm24 (4 pieces) had a heavy " fish smell". But it was nice if you like the flavour.

The Tori KaageUdon @ RM17.90 - Its soup was good~~

Oh~~ I like Chawan Mushi @ Rm6.90. At Fukurou, they serve different kinds of Chawan Mushi. The price was range from RM4.90 to above RM10.00 (depends on what ingredient that you would like to have)


Special dessert serve after our dinner. Is a must by the restaurant.


Even the tooth pick holder, chili powder and soy sauce bottle was CUTE!!

I forget to take the California Roll and the Salmon Roll @RM6.00 both. The Salmon was fresh and fleshy too!!! Yummy!!

Overall, I love to be there for the second and continuous visits!! I love Japanese food.
They also serve Set menus @ Rm45.00 for varieties and the food was more than enough for us!!


Location : Damai. Opposite Vegas.
Price : Reasonable depending on which dishes we ordered. Besides, members will have special privileges.
AND of course there were dishes that may not up to our expectation though.

First Day of Chinese New Year 2010

When the time is 12.00 a.m midnight on 14.02.2010, the firecrackers was superb and we could hear the sound and see some of our neighbor playing the firecrackers without fearing any consequences.

Wow~~~ The usual temple ----- PU TO ZHI -----which is also a famous tourist spot that we go for praying each year. And is a must!! Besides, one of the famous lion dance group was invited to add some spices for each Chinese New Year!

【沙巴玩】 兰脑 - 保凌温泉游！ Fun in Sabah : Ranau - Enjoying Hot Water Sulfur Spring at Poring Hot Spring

My parents drive us all the way to Poring Hot Spring during Christmas Eve. We went there with my super cute nieces and nephew!! They totally have a lot of fun there!!

We will go to Tamparuli for Tamparuli Mee, it really taste good!!

Customers is overload especially during holiday!!

Phuket - Star Cruise Gemini

, My long long post since Year 2008.

I did post this trip before but in another blog of mine since years ago.


Reach Phuket at night and we went to FantaSea for show. No pictures can be taken during the show. The show was amazing with lots of animals , fatty chickens, over 10 elephants etc... The show is about a couple during ancient time... with magics.. etc..

However, Star Cruise Trip was fun and tiring, we get sleepy during the show (maybe due to time difference, jet lag?).

Picture : Both were he/she/shemale dancing.

By the way, their drinking water was a salty, taste weird.

Picture: The amazing hall where the show was held. Heard that during Tsunami, the hall was covered by the sea water, but nothing was destroyed!!!


The second day at Phuket

We visited Jewelry and gift shop. Their hall was huge, a lot of jewerly and gifts are sold.

Me and my sister went until the top by foots to see what was there!!
Besides, there was a disabled person there, singing loudly with amazing voice.

After the temple trip, I don't really remember where did we went.

Gunter's Gasthaus German Restaurant, Sabah

Went to Gunter's Gasthaus for the first time on my elder sister birthday on 17th December 2009.

It operates its business at a housing area opposite Kian Kok Secondary School. Not a shoplot, but a house and they stay in there too. It serves German cuisine and the dishes they serve taste differently from other restaurants we went.

Not too salty, not to much tomatoes paste either.

The main entrance to the cozy restaurant. Christmas theme. Lots of lights and flowers around.


Salad that you can eat all you want.


Mushroom soup. And i think there is hotdogs that cuts in to small pieces in the soup.


Brinjal with tomato paste. It serve with rice topping with the brinjal.
Two thumbs up!!

Chicken Pasta with white sauce.


Chicken Cordon Bleu. Hmm.... It was different from Secret Recipe's ingredients for preparing the same dish. They serve with eggs covering the chicken. Yum!!!


The German Malaysian style Roti Chanai (as Starter). I like!!! If you are Malaysian, you should know Roti Canai where most of us will go to mamak stall for supper or a cup of teh tarik.

Beef paste.


Wowwwwwwwwww........... I love this very much. The pork knuckle. Really bites me off.. Yum Yum!! It costs Rm59.90. It really worth for that price.


Vanilla Ice Cream for dessert.


The price was reasonable and for six of us. It cost below Rm200.00 with set dinner (includes soup, dessert, drinks and main course.) and the pork knuckle.

=)

I love the food there, different from Italian food, chinese food and others.
Can't wait for the second time. And my second time would be tomorrow~~ My office is having Christmas Party there, and lucky draw, exchange gift will be tomorrow too!!! Yay!!!!

My Beauty Diary Mask & D.I.Y

I received my parcel of masks on Wednesday. Purchased those mask from Princess Street. Overall the price that I paid for all the below masks was cheap compared to the same products sold in Guardian and even Watson! In addition, they free me a mask & a eyeliner/brown/lip pen.

I do love the products with smells that are sweet & effective for skins to be smooth and FAIR. =)

I've use the mask for few consecutive days which i really needed those mask to rejuvenate my facial moisture and the "polluted" skin. DARN... girls really had lots of things to care... From head to toes.


D.I.Y.

I was having fun with my elder sister's colourful ribbons which from Australia (If I'm not wrong) and local ribbons. She didn't use for years and kept them apart, that's why I used it for D.I.Y.

AND the below ribbons was made by me!! Hmm... Any other easy DIY can be done? Any recommendation?
