What I See - Long Hair Traffic Attendant after my class..

It turns to be a cute person that we can see every afternoon after class.

He was the person who will stand at the middle of the road & direct those car.

It was so funny & he even have long hair.

I never seen a person wear like this in Malaysia before, just police I think or i didn't even realise there were such person at Malaysia...Few of my friend took his pic though...

Hmm....I felt like my time was not enough...

Din't realise that there were this when we on the way walking to China Town.

Big case that made of stone... For my information, some of those is representing those famous singer who been to Liverpool I think..

Sculpture for singer like Paul McCartney (Ex- Beatles) etc...

I saw people taking photo with them...It's kind of funny feeling because everyone looking when they were in buses or cars that drive through.

By the way, I've been to China Town, but din't went to that zone, just buying things outside, it's really like a normall market that we can see in Malaysia too..Got Korean mee, Maggie Sos, but no maggie noodles etc..I felt i'm back to Malaysia doing some market-ing in Chinese Market.

What I See - Streets of Liverpool City!

My nose still bleeding, & I don't know why... Some told me that my body was too "heat"...My foot was in pain because of walking too fast & so far to walk my uni...OMG>>

Can I go around United Kingdom? Scotland? or any where that organise by uni? How about the cost?

Nothing special, only to update things that I've seen...But anyone interested in it??I don't know~~

Guess what?! Many of my coursemate when to watch TIGER SHOW somewhere around some street last night.& they say it was quite "interesting".

Pic: I just don't understand why that kid play at the fountain, why maybe his parents just watching him beside.He's playing without wearing his shirt. Their was a dog that he's owner was like DRUNK or something, throwing the plastic bottle to the fountain & plays with the lovely dog.

It's kind of cold today, I though it would be yesterday - not that COLD...But then I wear shirt & socks..Oh man..It was freezing. Those local people was like immune to that weather, they even wear short (very short one) and sexy clothes..But I really like their boots!!!I want one toooo!!!

What I see - Listed Buildings of Liverpool!

I felt like I'm in a world of dreams..The street, the buildings & peoples..

Hmm...something about Liverpool that I knew...

The Beatles, the museum that I heard, the pictures that I saw from my friends...is quite exciting actually..

But is to far for us to walk from the place we stay until our university, but will manage to feel ok with it later...

The back side of my foot was hurt & got small pops on it..I think you know what I meant, when a person walk too much..Even I wear socks but is still the same.

On the first day when I arrive with my friend, we just walk around to see whether we can find things to buy...We manage to buy some, but we walk & walk & walk to search for places, roads etc...Luckily, their road is open and can link to many streets by foot or by cars..

We just snaps pictures, building that are beautiful...Church street was BEAUTIFUL!!! with Churches- old buildings...tower with clocks etc..

The birds was big in size..Even their dove was kind of fatty..

Lord street was magnificent with shopping shops & malls..I saw H&M (my elder sister requirement), Top Shop, Top Man, Miss Selfridge, & more...peoples singing at the street, their pubs start crowding when it is becoming dark..I saw ladies dances infront of a pub and a man dances and make fun for himself.

The sun here rises around 4.30am & sunset around 9.30pm here..so, we have more time to walk around...It's just unlucky that our class ends around 3pm or 4pm...& after that need to buy stuff for cooking.. I think will shops maybe Saturday or Sunday..wee....(^_^)V

We can feel the cold air from outside..It's simply comfortable..

【印尼巴厘游玩记】 They went to Bali Island, Indonesia!

My brand for my dream car is BMW..Just love it!!!

Just want you all to know something about BALI Island at Indonesia... I didn't follow my parents & sister to Bali, but I manage to see it from PICTURES...

A beautiful place that photographers & scenery lovers should be going to.

Here are some places that they have been..

The first thing when I ask my mom how was her trip. She told me that it's really like pictures & painting..Really beautiful like the song that she listen when she was young.

They have been eating BABI GULING which my mom dislike but my sister & dad says it was nice..They just gave them the skin of the pork and the meat are cook with vegetables & some other things.

As for the Volcano, the valcano was alive. It's just haze coming out. The were grandfather, father & son volcano if I'm not mistaken.

As for my sister, she craving for Krispy Kreme so much...Until she insist that she MUST eat it!!!

Bali was not a undeveloped place, they have branded stuff & they drive branded car too...

As for the monkey, it chase my mom on the day she come back to Sabah... NAUGTHY MONKEY!!

OK, that's all..Going back home..Bye Bye..

Easy Recipe 123 : Crocodile Meat with Onions

Ingredients:

Leek, spring onion, large onion, ginger and meat!!!

Before cooking, marinate the meat with pepper, salt, starch and some soy sauce, leave it for few hours (put in refrigerator).

First of all, stir fry all the ingredients except the meat, to make the pan smells good.

Set aside when it is done an fry crocodile meat until it cook and add in the first ingredient which already done.

and ready to serve!!!

Notes: Meat can be various, depend on preference. The wok/pan should be HOT!!!

Superstar Gemini (SSG) Entertainment at Night!!

there's nothing that I can talk about now~~~Going UK next month~~=(

At Star Cruise Trip, on 9.30pm each day there will be entertainment show for tourist like us to enjoy.

Each night, there would be different shows provided, for example dances, singing etc... Hmm...mostly dances would be good to watch..SSG invited dancers from Brazil and dancers who ever won cups before... Although they look nice & friendly when dances,but in reality they are NOT!!!!

The show on the first few days are disallowed to take pictures due to Copyright. So..no pic are taken..

Below pictures are allow to be taken. Most of the Entertainer below are SSG own employees from all over Asia..Indonesia, Phillipnes, Thailand etc~~

Pic: Actually, she/he was a man, fro Philippines~~He's imitating Diana Ross for that day..He's action was sOoOo funny!!

Pic: Saw the guy in blue coloured shirt??He's SHY GUY (we called him that because of the show when the first time we watch). Justin Timberlake's song for their dance. SHY GUY was extraordinary~~

Pic: Above two picture was the same person, the real CRUISE DIRECTOR from Phillipines. Nice person.

Pic: There were show by them which were imitating singers for us to enjoy. Real funny and i can laught my heart out~~~HAHAHHAAH. Three of them are guys, but wear girls outfits.

Pic: Bingo Day. Where mostly ang mo know how's the game work. Guys entertainers dress like girls and few are real girls. They present themself as Miss Malaysia, Thailand, America, India....


Pic: The dancers from Brazil, wearing sexy outfit & doing sexy dances...WOW!!


Pic: Singers which originated from Phillipines. Good voice they have. They are the group singers who always sings at SSG's restaurant and plays the music instrument.


Pic: The "BEATLES"..They are acting like one & singing Beatle's song. I forgot the title of the song already.

Pic: The end shows where most of the SSG attendants sing the song..

I really enjoy for that trip, each day was wonderful..People greet you, people treats you real nice and you felt different. Kind of miss Star Cruise when we saw cruise when we drive through our ports.

Easy Recipe 123 : Spareribs with Alcohol

The recipe below were given by my aunt for my mom to have a try.

Ingredients:

• 600g spareribs
• 1/2 cup water
• 1/2 tbsp oil
• 2 tsp corn flour with 1 tbsp water

Seasoning (a)

• 1 tsp ginger juice
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp light soy sauce
• 3 tbsp beer or wine of your choice (above)
• 1 tbsp plain flour
• 1 tbsp corn flour

Sauce ingredients (b)

• 1 tbsp sugar
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 tbsp apricot jam
• 1 tbsp freshly-squeezed lemon juice
• 9-10 tbsp beer or wine (of your choice)

Steps:
1. Marinate ribs with Seasoning (a) for 2-3 hours or overnight. Deep fried and keep aside.

2. Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a clean wok and pour the sauce ingredients (b). Bring to boil.

3. Return ribs to the wok and mix well. Pour in water and to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for approximately 40-45 minutes till soft. Thicken with corn flour mixture.

DONE!!!

Easy Recipe 123 : Pumpkin with Dried Prawn

Recipe learned from recipe book.

Ingredients :

• Dried prawn
• Young pumpkin (cut into slices)

Steps:

1. Fry garlic and dried prawns until yellowish and smells good. Add some salt to make the flavour more balance when it is done.

2. Add slices pumpkin and cook them with fried garlic and dried prawn.

3. Stir pumpkin a few times while waiting for them to cook (soft, but not too soft).

4. DONE!!
