Randomly went to Tuaran Crocodile Farm with meatball-online and mama months ago.
Being one of the largest crocodile farm in Sabah and its been around since February 2005! Interesting place to visit around Sabah and a place to get close with crocodiles. :D

FYI, its real crocodile placed for visitors to get close with the crocodiles.

Beside the above, Tuaran Crocodile Farm do offer souvenirs, real crocodile skin handbags from the smallest pouch to look-alike Hermes handbag. If I'm not mistaken, they do have deers and other animals as well. The place is well maintained and there's no unacceptable smells although the place is a farm for various creatures. Good job to them!

ReplyDeleteI went there years ago when they are just opened ! haha. the place still looks the same. the crocodile for picture taking is still there :P dont remember the gigas though and i dont think there is cultural show back then. glad that they have more activities now :)

I've been to a crocodile farm in Miri but they don't sell crocodile eggs there. One for RM3.00 is quite expensive though :P and I don't think I dare to have one :s
