KK : Breadboss Bakery Cafe, Dah Yeh 【沙巴食】 亚庇 - 面包老大

Is another chillin' out evening for us and its been weeks since the last.

The Breadboss Bakery Cafe located nearby our house and I wanted to try out for quite sometimes and it's just packed with people of different ages. Kopi O time for the elderies as well, don't play play.

- Our Coffee Talk -

Pretty coffee art and the taste just nice. :) Coffee were priced reasonable and the environment was just lovely for hang outs.

Bae had Ice Mint Coffee, while I had Cappuccino.

- Breadboss Bakery Cafe -

Different groups of people enjoyed their drinks at the cafe after workouts and even have a short meet up at the spot.

The cafe claimed that the coffee beans they used are freshly roasted and maintained for not more than 15 days to conserve its freshness.

- Something Special -

- Bites -

Impossible that there's no cakes in a cafe. We choose our slice of cake from the fridge. :) Just to let you know that, the bread they are selling is baked by the baker there.

- Slightly 3D Coffee Art -

- Cakes -

There's place for improvement on the cake, slightly lack of taste in it.

Simple presentation, it's just lovely.

- :) -

Sometimes I just annoyed him with wefies.

- :) -

This is just us. :)

Lovely spot for coffee talk and non the least they serve non caffeine as well. No worry. ;)

The good news for some of you, they are now serving at night as well!

Mt. WuYi (武夷山), China (中国) : Such a Cold Night Walk! 夜游记!

China Part 1 - Mt. WuYi (武夷山), Northern FuJian (福建)

Finally it's September!! And three more months to end 2014! :)

In the other hand, FINALLY I'm starting my blog with another chapter, on my luxurious China trip last year! Wee~

- GuangZhou Baiyun International Airport (广州白云国际机场) -

Landed ourselves at Guang Zhou the night before, had our delicious porridge supper nearby our hotel with our group of friends (friendly aunties and uncles, of my mom's friend) and headed to sleep.

And the next morning were the first day our trip begin! I SEE YOU FUJIAN!

福建 我来咯!哈哈!

- GuangZhou Baiyun International Airport (广州白云国际机场) -

Baiyun airport was a maze! Followed our tour leader and we are safe! People act fast here and chasing time. Gosh!

Just would like to say, the luxurious trip with my parents and their friends was fun and so fast to see! And of course, price was slightly high but worth for every ringgit. We had good food and first class bullet train ride too. Awesome. :)

And non the less, lesser weird and scary situation I faced as compared to the previous China trip (Hainan).

- Arrived FuJian -

Reached FuJian and we head to our lunch at nearby and off we go for hours of ride to WUYI MOUNTAIN!

Don't be surprise with China's development, I took the photo when I passed by the long bridge during our ride from FuZhou (福州) to WuYi Mountain.

- High Class Dinner -

It was the best meals they could provide when we reached WuYi Mountain, we were starving and extremely cold when the night getting darker. I could feel the air even I'm typing now. (-_-)

- 武夷山悦华酒店 -

Checking in to the FIVE STAR Hotel of WuYi Mountain. Room and the surrounding were great, as for the meal they serve, we couldn't compare with our good food of Malaysia but this restaurant served the best breakfast I had so far at our trip!

Although we were tired when we arrived at the hotel, our lovely tour leader offered himself to bring us (those who were interest) for a walk along the streets outside of hotel. Experiencing the night lifestyle of WuYi Mountain, they said it was like sleepless city with those neon lights along the way.

A short desription on WuYi Mountain :
" The Wuyi Mountains are a mountain range located in the prefecture of Nanping, in northern Fujian province near the border with Jiangxi province, China. The mountains have been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, for cultural, scenic, and biodiversity values since 1999. " - Wikipedia

- Twist of Western -

China was introduced with more understanding on coffee not long ago, our tour leader complained that COFFEE IS EXPENSIVE in China!! Although people complain, but we still go for it!

My colleague even told me that Custom even prohibited coffee powder years ago. Oh my...

- Random Shot of Building -

- Random Shot -

With a huge screen and music, people at WuYi Mountain just DANCE! They love to dance and few of the ladies from our group even joined in the fun too!

- Random Shot -

Cannot forget about me too! You can't imagine how many layers I had inside... :/

I enjoyed the walk with the cooling air, gave me piece of mind about things that I need to "throw" away.

- Vitamin Water -

We also shopped at their market, fruits were cheap with RM0.30, we bought whole plastic of mandarin oranges. Furthermore, I saw Vitamin Water, whereby many of them was on Vitamin Water fever and searching for it while there's a famous movie series played on screen, and these were China version Vitamin Water!

- Local Restaurant -

Our tour leader just told us that WE WON'T BE LIKING WHAT THEY SERVE at the restaurant. (haha)

The next morning would be a long walk with beautiful scenery. :) Can't wait to share all the beautiful photos. :)

【印尼游玩记】 雅加达 : 海底梦幻游乐场 Fun In Indonesia : Jakarta - Ocean Dream Samudra (Jaya Ancol)

Indonesia Part 7 (End) -  Ocean Dream Samudra, Jakarta.

MORNING INDONESIA!

It was our last day in Jakarta before we left. Mr. Han brought us to the well known recreation park and we did enjoy ourselves with all the shows being performed, the crew really did a great job in managing the recreation park and the creatures there.

- Ocean Dream Samudra -

"Ocean Dream Samudra features several animal shows, a small aquarium, and a 4D theater. The trained animal shows include a dolphin show and sea lion show. The 4D theater projects 3D image movies with sensations such as cool breezes and water sprays located inside a large building with Mesoamerican pyramid theme. On 2011 Ocean Dream Samudra will be revitalized with the budget Rp.27 billion ($3.1 million). Ocean Dream Samudra now held "Under the Sea Musical Dance" attraction at Underwater Theater." - Wikipedia

- Interesting Variety Animal Show -

The first show we watched was variety animal show, interesting and funny. In fact, they speak Indonesian language when we were there. We were quite lucky that we are from Sabah, which we speak fairly like an Indonesian!

- Otters -

- Time Table -

We watched most of the show, however I missed the mermaid show (aka Underwater Theater)! :( Which I really would love to watch it! I went for nature call (washroom) that time. More over, our time was quite packed which we have to chase the time to watch the next show, to walk ourselves from one place to another.

- Sea Lion and Bird's Show -

Sea lions were cute and very friendly! The show still go on when there was rain, yea... We got dripped by rain. -_-

- Dolphins Show -

Jaw drop! the dolphins amazed me!

- 4 D Theater -

A show animated movie and we been splashed  by water too! Shaking seats. haha :D

- Pirates Show -

And the last show I watched was Pirates Show, they really did a great show to all of us! Well done! And there's freaking explosion too! Those stunts just WOW!

So, that's the final write up on my vacation in Indonesia, hope to see you soon, Indonesia!

Raya at Kuala Penyu, Sabah! (Borneo Tempurung Seaside Lodge & Binsulok Nature Resort)

It was my first visit to Kuala Penyu and this time would be together with Bae's friends and family! :)

Took us approximately one and a half hour to reach Kuala Penyu and a few minutes to reach our destination, a Malay friend house for Raya.

- Local delicacies -

Those were the delicacies that we had during Raya, Ketupat, Chicken Curry, Lemang, homemade cookies and more. What can I say is RAYA IS ALL ABOUT FOOD! We even had a great meal at Tuaran on the second day of Raya at my dad's ex colleague house while the rain was quite heavy outside!

I was also surprised that one of my dad's ex collegue's daughter followed me on Instagram (@meitzeu) as well! Both of us were surprised!!

- Durian -

Besides the cookies and curry, we had FRESH PICK UP DURIANS!! The taste and the flesh just melt us away. Delicious bitter sweet durians. We also bought some back to K.K. with price of RM5.00 per KG!

Driving far from the city allow us to buy many fresh fruits with cheap prices!

We had good food and after that, we visited the beach nearby as well.

- Borneo Tempurung Seaside Lodge -

Very calm and quiet beach along the seaside. Borneo Tempurung Seaside also offer overnight package too. Certainly it would be perfect for a getaway from the city.

- Borneo Tempurung Seaside Lodge -

I love the landscape and design of the seaside lodge, it really calm our mind with the breezy air around. Here is an entry writen by Ashley on Borneo Tempurung Seaside Lodge, she was lucky to have a great stay at Borneo Tempurung Seaside Lodge.

And we visited Binsulok Nature Resort too!

 - Lodge -

We heard people having their karaoke session at the resort. There's also teenagers who play at the beach too.

- Bisulok Nature Resort -

- The Lodge -

I do love the design of Malay house, it does bring the local to this resort too.Private lodge for a stay!

- But first, have a #Selfie -

It was a fun visiting to Kuala Penyu for the first time. :)

I even had a cup of drink just sitting next to the river for the first time, not beach area, just RIVER at the kopitiam. :D

Happy weekend!

Waking up with such a beautiful morning in Jakarta would be the first thing to do!

- Jakarta -

Our tourist guide, Mr. Han recommended us to go for shopping at Kelapa Gading Mall, one of the largest mall in Jakarta. In fact, it really opened our eyes to so many good quality and reasonable priced goods!

In short, shopping in Jakarta is a good choice!

- Kelapa Gading Mall -

That's one side of the mall, it was nice, doesn't it?

- CNY at the corner -

It was my first to see Lions to be ride on by children. We laughed so hard when we saw it!

- Food Court -

It's time to fill our tummy, we ended ourselves at Eat and Eat, well maintained food court with so many selection of delicious food.

- One of the menu -

Pork Satay. That's one of the selection we had and it was delicious!!! Oh my!

 - Pork Satay -

- Juice and desserts -

We rest a while and went for shopping again!

So we normally walk and went for a short break at Pappa Kopitiam... again..

- Pappa Kopitiam -

We laughed when we saw Pappa Kopitiam (Pappa = DAD!) :)

- One corner at the Kopitiam -

- Coffees -

- Our finger food -

Finger foods and drinks were good, however, they really had their good time while preparing the food. Extremely passionate and slow while preparing our food. Oh my.

- Cold Stone -

I miss this ice cream! The first one I had was during my holiday in Taiwan!

And off we go! Back to the restaurant and had a good dinner with family and an uncle that happens to be my dad's secondary school mate! What a small world!

- Part of my treasure! -

Such a good buy in Indonesia, quality goods and designer pieces. I really love to shop in Indonesia!
